Q. Can pets be brought?
Basically, no. This is because dogs, cats, and other pets can be a problem for other guests. Many people suffer from allergies to animal hair – please understand that.

Q. Children
The little ones are welcome and children under 6 years old can stay in the room, free of charge, if you bring your own crib. We do charge for linen and towels with a single charge of €10

Q. Parking
Here in the Italian neighbourhood Bornstedt there are is (few) free parking. In addition there are parking lots for €5 per day.

Q. Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the house. A smoking area is provided on property, outdoors.

Our prices are calculated from the first night on and are very favourable. An additional discount is only possible for current promotions.

Q. Check in - Check out
Our check in time is from 16:00 to 20:00 o’clock. If you need to check in after 20:00 you need to receive the code for the lock on the front door. Therefore, we will need a mobile number. Checking in before 16:00 can be arranged but there is a charge.
Check out is until 11:00 o’clcok. Luggage can be held after check out so the guest(s) can continue to enjoy the sights.

Q. Public Transportation
Ribbeckstraße, the street we are on, is a service road. Therefore, it is also very quiet. However, busses and trams do not go here directly. The first stop is 300 meters away. A short walk can bring you to a bus stop, tram stop, and the park. Click here for information on the location of the Quartier Potsdam Hostel.

We have room for small groups, up to 20 people, to sit in our breakfast/lounge area.

Q. Breakfast
Optional, you can purchase a Hostel breakfast for €3 daily or have a bakery breakfast in Crown Bornstedt (across the street) from 6:30 to 11:00 o’clock.

Q. Dinner
The Brewery Guest House (across the street), Crown Bornstedt, has very tasty meals for every budget. If you drink the “Buffalo’s” (beer), there is a risk you will have two or three.

Q. Night's sleep
Each guest gets their own key to the front door and the door.
There are no limitations on the comings and goings.

Towels and sheets are included in the price of the room. Towels are changed as needed. If you stay just one night, there will be a €5 linen cost per person that is calculated separately.

We have standard box spring beds in all the rooms; we do not have any bunk beds.

Q. Until when can a reservation be cancelled?
If the guest wants to cancel a booking, the following rules apply:
1. Up to 8 days before arrival: No cancelation fees
2. Less then 8 days: 80% of the total reservation
3. On arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation
4. Early departure: 100% of the total reservation
